Presentation of FORCA

New Democratic Power (in Montenegrin, Nova Demokratska Snaga; in Albanian, Forca e Re Demokratike, FORCA), was founded by Nazif Cungu on 22 October 2005 to represent the ethnic Albanians in Ulcinj. Ethnic Albanians represent 90% of the population of Ulcinj (in Albanian, Ulqin), the southernmost municipality in Montenegro.

Flag of FORCA

The flag of FORCA, as seen on a photo taken in Ulcinj on 28 November 2008, is light blue with the emblem of the party in the middle.

The emblem of FORCA is a light blue disk with the skylight of Ulcinj in darker blue, a yellow sun on top, the party's acronym in black letters, surmonting the name if the party in Albanian / Montenegrin / English in smaller letters, and 13 yellow stars "surrounding" the blue disk.
